EV Experience

UPDATE

During the press conference on 28 September 2020, the Dutch government announced stricter measures with regard to the gathering of groups of people. Below you can find more information, provided by event organiser Ervaar Elektrisch.

The EV Experience is classified by the ‘Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland’ as a ‘flow-through event’. This means that it is possible for everyone to keep a distance of one and a half metres in a safe way. This is due to the size of the event area, the number of expected visitors and the fact that the event takes place in the open air. In addition, the ‘Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland’ further inspected the layout of the event and the measures Ervaar Elektrisch takes to organise a safe and successful EV Experience. Finally, Ervaar Elektrisch will only make a maximum number of tickets available per day. These measures have been judged to be good and adequate to receive further approval of the ‘Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland’ for the organisation of this event.

In order to organise a safe event for all all people attending the event, Ervaar Elektrisch would like to inform you further about the measures they have taken as organiser of the event.

Health
Do you have health problems? Then stay at home. At the entrance Ervaar Elektrisch will check your temperature and ask you about your current health. Once at the EV Experience on the premises of CM.com Circuit Zandvoort, keep a distance of 1.5 metres and follow the indicated walking routes and the instructions of the organisation staff members. And of course Ervaar Elektrisch asks you to follow all the hygiene measures that the Dutch RIVM advises to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (coughing in your elbow, washing your hands regularly & keeping social distance). Additionally, you can find disinfectant gels at various places at the EV Experience.

Ervaar Elektrisch would like to advise you to wear a protective mask throughout the event. These protective masks are mandatory if visitors would like to test drive one of the many electric models. Also, visitors are advised to avoid crowded places. Is it crowded in a pit box or at any other activity? Then wait at the indicated waiting area or come back at a later time. If you want to avoid peak traffic, visit the event early in the morning or later in the afternoon.
