In the BMW M240i Racing Cup drivers compete with similar cars. The 2022 calendar consists of seven races, of which four will be held at CM.com Circuit Zandvoort. During the BMW Racing Cup race day, there will be 30-minute training sessions and two 50-minute races, including a mandatory pit stop.
All technology and logistics of the cars are organized by BMW and four partner teams. This guarantees the equivalence of the cars. The drivers follow the 'arrive & drive' principle whereby the drivers arrive in overalls and helmets and actually get into the car directly.
