Mountainbike trail

Experience the dunes on two wheels

Please note: Due to the construction of the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, the course is closed until September 10!

You find the mountainbike course of Zandvoort in the dune area next to the track. The route is a technical path of 9 kilometers and contains heights differences of almost 140 meters. Short, but heavy climbs with challenging descents and sharp bends describe the course best. The icing on the cake? The Zandvoort mountainbike trail features the largest wall ride in The Netherlands.

Starting location

  • Burgemeester van Alphenstraat 108, 2041 KP Zandvoort.

The start of the route is just after the Tarzan corner. You can find it by following the main road after the entrance/main gate of the circuit. Pass behind the main stand. At parking A, under the radar tower, you will see the route signs on the left behind. You can also park your car here.

  • Parking next to BMW Driving Experience, Rob Slotemakerstraat 1, 2041 KN Zandvoort.

Walk/drive to the parking next to BMW. The start is at the end before the tunnel, on the right of the noise barrier of the circuit.

Marks

The course is marked with pins with the international MTB-sign (a triangle with two circles beneath it) in green and pink. The green sign indicates the main route, the pink sign indicates a short cut to make the course a little easier for starting bikers.
