Roche Leadership Days 2026

On February 4 and 5, 2026, Roche organized a two-day event for almost 200 employees at MASCOT Circuit Zandvoort to enjoy a unique experience by sharing strategy and connecting teams at a unique location.
The Founders Lounge formed the substantive heart of the event. All plenary sessions took place here. Strategy presentations, guest speaker and closing. One central space for focus, direction and joint decision-making.
The Dutch Grand Prix Lounge functioned as a social hub. Reception, lunch and the evening program were organized here.
Professional and structured during the day. In the evening the space transformed into an informal setting with dinner, DJ and entertainment. That created a natural transition from content to connection.
After lunch on day one, the group split across several thematic lounges such as Media, Red Bull, Heineken, VolkerWessels and Racing.
These break-out sessions provided space for in-depth discussion in smaller groups, with a setup tailored to interaction and knowledge sharing.
On day two, the circuit itself became part of the experience with an exclusive bus ride around the track. This made the location not just a backdrop, but part of the message: speed, performance and direction.
The result was an organized leadership event in which content, hospitality and location reinforced each other. Truly a strategic total experience.
