The afternoon began with a warm welcome at Bernie's Bar & Kitchen. With standing tables and a registration desk at the entrance, the atmosphere was informal, energetic and set for an inspiring day ahead.
Guests then moved to the Pitlane Lounge, where a semi-circular theatre setup for 140 attendees was ready to host the plenary session. Featuring a 6 by 4 metre stage, a large LED screen and two 98-inch presentation displays, the space provided the perfect setting for keynote presentations. Speakers took their seats at a large discussion table on stage, while the audience enjoyed excellent sightlines from three sides.
Following lunch, it was time for action. At Racesquare, the simulator racing centre above the pit garages, guests competed in groups of twenty to set the fastest lap. At the same time, other groups joined guided tours of the circuit, visiting iconic locations including Tarzan Corner and the famous banked turns. Those looking for an extra adrenaline rush experienced high-speed hot laps around the circuit with racing driver Dillon Koster.
The day concluded with an extensive networking reception and a five-course walking dinner at Bernie's Bar & Kitchen. A carefully curated menu, a selection of Dutch beverages and continuous table service ensured that all 130 guests ended the day inspired, connected and thoroughly satisfied.
It was a successful event, enabling CEM Company and Intergas to inspire, connect and surprise their guests in the unique setting of MASCOT Circuit Zandvoort.
