PwC makes full use of the Pitlane Lounge and Champions Lounge for plenary session and dinner
In October, we welcomed PwC to our Pitlane Lounge and Champions Lounge for an event bringing together 300 employees. The programme included a plenary session featuring presentations on new technologies within the company, followed by dinner. Throughout the event, the versatility of the circuit was put to excellent use by combining the two lounges in a practical and effective way.
From a warm welcome to a plenary session and dinner
Guests were welcomed in the Pitlane Lounge, where coffee, tea, drinks and sweet treats were ready for them. The space also provided an opportunity to connect and chat before the programme began.
Following the welcome, the plenary session took place, featuring a series of presentations and guest speakers taking over the stage. Our trusted partner DRM provided the audiovisual technology, including an LED wall and sound system, ensuring that the content of the session was presented to its full potential.
In the evening, guests moved from the Pitlane Lounge to the Champions Lounge, where an elaborate dinner was served.
Together with PwC, the MASCOT Circuit Zandvoort team explored how best to make use of the circuit’s diverse facilities. The result was a seamless programme combining two lounges, a plenary session and dinner, with every element complementing the next.
