Circuit Zandvoort is looking for a Head of Motorsport

Circuit Zandvoort is evolving from a traditional racetrack into an internationally renowned motorsport venue and multifunctional event destination. As the Home of the Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, we host a growing calendar of top-tier racing series and corporate events, strengthening our position among the world’s leading circuits.

To support the next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced, commercial and strategically minded Head of Motorsport.
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the sporting, technical, and commercial foundation of all racing activities at MASCOT Circuit Zandvoort. Acting as the central link between racing series, teams, promoters, federations, government bodies and internal departments, you will ensure the circuit meets international standards while driving future innovation and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Shaping the motorsport calendar and leading all sporting & technical operations
• Managing relationships and negotiations with promoters, series, and stakeholders
• Developing long-term strategies for innovation, sustainability, and new disciplines
• Leading the motorsport department and ensuring a safe, professional culture
• Overseeing financial planning and reporting for all racing activities

We’re seeking a structured, results-oriented leader with 5–10 years of senior management experience, strong commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of the international motorsport landscape. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus) and flexibility to work during weekends and events are essential.
