The day began with a welcome reception, where guests had the opportunity to connect in the unique setting of the circuit's lounges while enjoying coffee and a sweet treat. Afterwards, all 350 participants gathered in the Pitlane Lounge for the plenary opening session. The inspiring venue offered endless possibilities. With a theatre-style setup and professional audiovisual support, the space provided the perfect stage for the day's message. The managing director's entrance in one of the circuit's Medical Cars immediately set the tone for an event unlike any ordinary corporate gathering.
Following a well-prepared lunch, participants spread out across the venue. Some attended interactive breakout sessions in the Racing Lounge and the MASCOT Lounge, while others took to the racing simulators in the pit garages or challenged colleagues in the Pitbox Challenge. Bernie's Lounge hosted the partner exhibition, creating the ideal setting for conversations, knowledge sharing and valuable new connections.
The event concluded with a final plenary session, followed by networking drinks where the unique surroundings of the circuit added even more character to the experience. Under the theme Final Lap, guests rounded off the day with a drink in hand, overlooking the iconic pit lane.
