Nestlé Nederland chooses an inspiring meeting in the Red Bull Lounge

With KitKat’s global partnership in Formula 1 as a backdrop, Nestlé Nederland chose Circuit Zandvoort for a strategic meeting. With a group of around 35 participants, the day was fully dedicated to a focused commercial session.

Efficient meetings in a unique setting

The day took place in the Red Bull Lounge, a space perfectly suited for both plenary sessions and informal moments. The lounge was set up in a theatre-style configuration, including screens and supporting tools such as a flip chart. This created a clear and structured environment for presentations and group discussions, while the surroundings added an energetic and inspiring atmosphere.

Seamless transitions throughout the day

Following a morning welcome, the programme started with the first meeting session. Around midday, a well-prepared lunch buffet was served in the same lounge. The flexibility of the space allowed for quick transitions between different setups, without disrupting the flow or overall experience.

From meeting to on-track action

As an active break, the group experienced sim racing at Racesquare. Participants took their seats in professional simulators and felt the intensity of racing at Circuit Zandvoort firsthand. Have a break, have a KitKat.
