The day started with a welcome at Bernie's Bar & Kitchen. Coffee, registration and goodie bags set the tone. The same space later transformed into the setting for lunch, breaks and the closing drinks. One central area that functioned as the anchor throughout the entire day.
The plenary programme took place in Bernie's Lounge, hosting four keynotes for the full group in a theatre setup for 175 guests. In the afternoon, the programme split into parallel sessions. The Red Bull Lounge was configured for a more intimate session of twelve participants in a U-shape setup. At the same time, the Media Center hosted presentations from the nominees for the Sponsorship Awards ‘Talent of the Year’, also in a theatre-style setting. Two programme streams, two distinct spaces, running simultaneously without overlap or disruption.
The DRM Lounge was set up as a podcast studio, where sessions were recorded throughout the day.
Following the breakouts, all guests returned to Bernie's Lounge for the closing keynotes. The day concluded with a networking reception.
